Services Included with Each Visit

  • Inspection: Full check of structural integrity, lighting (if applicable), and weather-related wear.

  • Cleaning: Removal of dirt, grime, and debris from all visible parts of the sign.

  • Lighting Check: Check all lighting components and replace minor bulbs as needed.

  • Secure Fastenings: Tighten screws, bolts, and anchors to ensure safety and stability.

  • Minor Repairs: Perform minor fixes (e.g., touch-up paint, adjusting loose parts).

  • Weatherproofing Check: Inspect for weatherproofing and corrosion protection.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign Up: Customers enroll individual signs in the SignCare Maintenance Program by selecting a package for each. Payment can be made annually or semi-annually.

2. Scheduled Visits: Each enrolled sign will receive two maintenance visits per year, with flexible scheduling within each 6-month period.

3. Maintenance and Inspection: During each visit, all enrolled signs receive the specified maintenance and inspections.

4. Repair Discounts: Any repairs needed on enrolled signs receive a 30% discount.

5. Renewal: Customers can renew their maintenance program annually, ensuring each sign receives ongoing care.
